RONCHI America welcomes Michele Falsini to the US as the new Director of
Operations. Michele has worked for RONCHI Mario for over 10 years in Italy as
the Export Sales Manager. Michele holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and
an MBA. Michele and his family will be moving to Atlanta, GA in 2012.

Paul Burton the National RONCHI America Sales Manager retired effective
December 31,2011. Paul has been a part of the RONCHI America organization for
